Services

RD Graphics & Design provides custom printing, signs, banners, vehicle graphics and decals, screen printing and apparel, business cards and print media, DTF gang sheets, promotional products, customized workwear and safety gear, pack and ship / copy-center services, Website Design & Support and related services.

RD Graphics & Design carries Carhartt® workwear and OccuNomix® safety gear. Carhartt® gear ordered through RD Graphics & Design is available as customized workwear only.

Because many products are made to order, product availability, material options, artwork requirements, production timing, shipping eligibility and final price are confirmed for each project before production. Website information is general and does not create a binding offer.

Quotes and Pricing

Quotes are based on the information, artwork, quantities, materials, sizes, delivery method and timing provided at the time of the request. Unless a quote states otherwise, a quote is valid for 7 business days from the date it is issued.

Pricing may change if project details change, artwork requires additional work, customer-provided information is incomplete or inaccurate, materials change, shipping changes, a rush timeline is requested or the quote expires before the order is approved.

An order is accepted only after RD Graphics & Design confirms the final scope, price, payment terms and production details. Payment terms, including any required deposit or payment before production, will be stated in the applicable quote or invoice.

Artwork, Rights and Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use every logo, design, photograph, trademark, text, image and other content you provide or request. By providing content, you represent that you own it or have permission to use it for the requested purpose.

RD Graphics & Design may decline a project that appears unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, unsafe, sexually explicit, harassing or otherwise inconsistent with our business standards. We may also decline projects that cannot be produced reliably or that create an unreasonable legal, technical or safety concern.

You agree to protect and reimburse RD Graphics & Design from claims, losses or expenses arising from content you provide or direct us to use when you do not have the necessary rights or permissions.

Proofs and Approval

When RD Graphics & Design provides a proof, please review it and let us know whether it is approved or needs changes. An approval by email, text message or another written method gives RD Graphics & Design permission to move forward with production.

Changes requested after approval may require a new quote, added cost, additional production time or a new order. Customers remain responsible for reviewing customer-supplied artwork and approved proofs for content accuracy before production begins.

RD Graphics & Design is not responsible for errors that appear in customer-supplied artwork or in an approved proof, including typographical errors, low-resolution images, incorrect information, color choices or placement choices approved by the customer.

Color, Material and Production Variations

Colors can appear differently on screens, in proofs, on different materials and between production methods. Minor variation in color, position, scale, garment shade, material texture, print placement or finished appearance may occur and is not automatically a defect.

For custom workwear, apparel, safety gear and promotional products, available colors, sizes, brands, materials and decoration methods can vary by supplier and product. Product availability and suitable customization options are confirmed per order.

Turnaround and Rush Requests

Most standard orders are typically completed within 7–10 business days after artwork, approvals, required payment and final order details are in place. Production time begins only after all required approvals and order requirements are complete.

Turnaround estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Large orders, specialty materials, supplier availability, shipping, revisions, holidays, weather, carrier delays and customer-requested changes can affect timing. Rush orders may be available when capacity permits and may involve additional cost. Rush availability and pricing must be confirmed before production.

Pickup and Shipping

Local pickup is available at 2603 Guilderland Ave, Rotterdam, NY 12306 during posted business hours or as otherwise arranged. We will notify you when your order is ready.

Shipping is available for qualifying orders. Shipping cost, carrier service, destination eligibility and expected timing are confirmed with the quote or invoice. RD Graphics & Design ships through UPS and FedEx for qualifying orders. Carrier transit estimates are not guaranteed and are outside RD Graphics & Design’s direct control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional charges may apply for address corrections, returned packages, reshipment, redelivery or other carrier-related charges caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

Website Use

You agree to use this website lawfully and only for legitimate business or consumer inquiries. You may not misuse forms, upload malicious files, attempt to access systems without authorization, interfere with website operation, submit false information, impersonate another person or use the site to violate another person’s rights.

The website, its written content, graphics, layout and RD Graphics & Design branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use them without permission, except for ordinary personal use of the website to request services.

Limitation of Responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RD Graphics & Design is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of profits, business interruption or loss of data arising from use of the website or services. Our total responsibility for a claim related to a specific order will not exceed the amount paid to RD Graphics & Design for that order.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions as our services, practices or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised Last Updated date.
