Artwork, Files and Customer Content

You retain ownership of artwork and files you provide, subject to the rights needed for RD Graphics & Design to quote, design, proof, produce and fulfill your project. You are responsible for having the rights, permissions and licenses required to use any submitted artwork, logos, photos, designs or other content.

We generally retain customer artwork and project files for up to 24 months after an order is completed to support reorders, service questions and recordkeeping. File retention is a convenience, not a guarantee that a file will always be available. You should keep your own copy of every file you provide. We may retain information longer when necessary for legal, accounting, dispute-resolution, fraud-prevention or operational reasons.

You may request deletion of stored artwork or personal information by contacting us. We will honor reasonable requests where possible, subject to records we must retain for legal, accounting, transaction, warranty or security purposes.

Marketing Choices

We send marketing emails or text messages only when you opt in or otherwise provide consent where required. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in the message. To stop marketing text messages, follow the opt-out instructions provided in the message or contact us directly.

Choosing not to receive marketing updates will not affect our ability to respond to your quote request, communicate about an active order or provide customer-service messages.
